Shipping & Returns

 For on hand items, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be prepared for shipping. For pre-orders, lead time is from 5-15 business days depending on the quantity of your orders.  All of our resin goods are hand made. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please understand that some delays are out of my control. If you require expedited handling please send me a request via the contact page.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible via the contact page with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Due to the handmade to order nature of my products I do not offer returns or exchanges.
